This November, OSF will be participating in the International Civil Society Action Network’s (ICAN) Annual Forum in Rabat, Morocco. As an ICAN partner, we wanted to take this opportunity to highlight some of their recently published interviews, featuring insights and expertise straight from their partners in the field.
Recently, ICAN, in conjunction with the Ms. Magazine Blog, has published a series of articles detailing the crucial work being done by women peacebuilders around the world. The interviews, like this one with Pakistani peacebuilder Mossarat Qadeem, are a great way to better understand how women and women’s groups are leveraging United Nations Security Council Resolution 1325 to build peace in their communities.
For more on Qadeem’s views on fighting extremism and on her work in Pakistan, be sure to check out the link above.
